Richard has particular expertise with regards to the handling of claims for Industrial Deafness, Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Vibration White Finger and Asbestos related Diseases against all types of Employer.
Richard joined Hodgkinsons in 2011. He has been handling these types of claims for many years and finds it particularly enjoyable to locate the insurers of (often long since closed down) employers and ultimately obtain compensation for his Clients.
He has a wide-range of cases dealing with minor Industrial Disease claims through to severe claims for asbestos related diseases and tries to give every Client the same first class service regardless of the value of the claim in monetary terms.
