Robert is a Fellow of the Institution of Legal Executives and is head of the Conveyancing Department. With over 30 years experience and extensive local knowledge, Robert undertakes a wide range of commercial work including sales and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, shareholders' agreements, partnerships and provides a broad range of company advice under the Companies Act 2006.

Robert has acted for property funds, institutional and non-institutional investors, development funds, commercial developers, house builders and banks, as well as providing expert advice across a wide range of corporate entities from blue chip companies to smaller private companies.

Development

Our estate development team has considerable experience of acquiring land intended for development. Our team works with a number of developers and is skilled in dealing with the acquisition and subsequent disposal of all kinds of residential estates, business developments and other ancillary transactions.
