Tim is the Firm's Senior Partner and has over thirty years experience as a qualified solicitor. He is head of the Firm's Matrimonial and Civil Litigation Departments.

Late Payment Interest


There are three possible methods of charging interest to the debtor as follows :


Contractual Interest

This is the rate of interest specified within your terms of contract.

Statutory Interest

This is the Court rate of interest, currently set at 8% pa under the County Courts Act 1984.

Late Payment Interest

The Late Payment of Commercial Debt Regulations 2002 allows you to charge interest for commercial debts at the annual rate of 8% above base rate for each day your invoices are overdue.
