The Colour Dash saw about 3,000 participants running 5km through colourful clouds of environmentally-friendly powdered paint, creating a spectacular visual effect.
Hodgkinsons is supporting Lincoln’s St Barnabas Hospice this year and 21 members of the firm took part in the run on Saturday, 13th May to raise money to help fund the hospice’s valuable work.
Managing director Che Shing Li said: “The Colour Dash is an incredible event. It was great fun, with lots of camaraderie between runners but there was a serious purpose behind it.
“This year, at Hodgkinsons, we are proud to support St Barnabas Hospice, raising awareness of its priceless role in our communities and raising vital funds towards its running costs. We are hoping that between us we will have raised almost £3,000, helping St Barnabas to reach its target of over £100,000.”
