Tim Miller

Tim is the Firm's Senior Partner and has over thirty years experience as a qualified solicitor. He is head of the Firm's Matrimonial and Civil Litigation Departments. Tim specializes in Family work and Employment Law and predominantly handles cases of high complexity and value. He also conducts cases of a general litigation nature including contractual disputes, boundary disputes and contested Wills. Tim has had notable successes in matters involving Firearms Licenses and is one of very few Solicitors in Lincolnshire with expertise in this field.

Steve Hill

Steve is a Partner and is Head of the Serious Injury Division. He has over 20 years experience and specialises in claims involving traumatic brain injury, fatal accidents and claims involving serious injuries to children. Steve also has expertise in claims involving chronic pain conditions, such as fibromyalgia. Steve is an accredited member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and has also achieved Senior litigation status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Che Shing Li

Che is a Partner and is Head of the Personal Injury Department. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of personal injury which include complicated multi-party employer liability claims, Repetitive Strain Injury and claims involving serious and complex spinal injury. Che is also responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction of the firm with particular responsibility for financial control, legal compliance, information technology and business development.

Rob Foster

Robert is a Fellow of the Institution of Legal Executives and is head of the Conveyancing Department. With over 30 years experience and extensive local knowledge, Robert undertakes a wide range of commercial work including sales and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, shareholders' agreements, partnerships and provides a broad range of company advice under the Companies Act 2006. Robert has acted for property funds, institutional and non-institutional investors, development funds, commercial developers, house builders and banks, as well as providing expert advice across a wide range of corporate entities from blue chip companies to smaller private companies.

Ian Woodhouse

Ian is a Solicitor and is head of the Private Law Department. He specialises in the preparation of Wills and advises on inheritance tax planning and the creation and administration of trusts. Ian has extensive experience in acting for executors of estates of all sizes and is particularly knowledgeable about the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and offers specialist advice on Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Court of Protection applications. Ian is also responsible for maintaining the Firm's LEXCEL status and oversees client care and compliance issues within the Firm.

Nigel Askew

Nigel is head of the Industrial Disease Department and has practised exclusively in the field of personal injury for over 10 years. He has extensive experience and knowledge of dealing with cases involving industrial related illnesses caused by exposure to asbestos, high levels of vibration and noise induced deafness cases. Nigel is also involved in the firm's marketing, both at strategic and implementation level.

Wendy Miller

Wendy is the Firm's Practice Manager and has a strong track record of successfully devising strategies to meet the specific needs of each of the Firm's Departments. This includes training and recruitment as well as formulating and implementing personnel policies. Her extensive responsibilities within the firm include overseeing operations in the areas of human resources and compliance.

Karen Revill

Karen is an Associate member of ILEX and specialises in Litigation, particularly Landlord and Tenant law, including bringing possession and recovering rent arrears. Other litigation work includes bankruptcy, contract disputes and debt recovery. She also deals with matters arising from employment transactions such as employment contracts, redundancy, compromise agreements and dismissal claims.

Maria is a Matrimonial and Family Law Executive and has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of Family Law which include Financial Disputes, Divorce, Residence and Contact Orders. Maria is also responsible for cost drafting within the Firm.

Sarah is a conveyancing executive and has focused exclusively on residential property matters throughout her career. Sarah has particular expertise in sales, purchases, part exchange, remortgages, shared ownership, transfer of equity, right to buy and Home Information Packs.

Emma is a conveyancing executive and acts for a broad range of property clients. Emma has particular expertise in domestic sales and purchases, transfers of property and remortgages. She also undertakes the preparation of Home Information Packs for properties being placed on the market with estate agents.
