Accountants

Chartered Accountants are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of professional conduct and play a vital role in ensuring public trust in financial reporting and business practices.

Mistakes by accountants can cause significant financial loss. When financial mistakes are discovered or suspected or, if there is a dispute about the numbers, our specialist solicitors can bring a range of technical skills and experience to assist in such work.

We take a proactive approach to each case collecting all necessary information as quickly as possible in order to establish the likely outcome of your claim and the best course of action to take. We will then obtain the evidence required to drive the case forward to achieve the best possible result in the shortest possible time.

Our specialist solicitors have many years experience investigating, quantifying and dealing with claims quickly and decisively. We can recommend or facilitate constructive strategies to resolve the issues and recover your loss whether it be by way of mediation, arbitration or litigation through the Courts.
