Profile:Robert is a Fellow of the Institution of Legal Executives and is head of the Commercial Conveyancing Division. With over 30 years experience and extensive local knowledge, Robert undertakes a wide range of commercial work and provides a broad range of company advice under the Companies Act 2006.
Robert has acted for property funds, institutional and non-institutional investors, development funds, commercial developers, house builders and banks, as well as providing expert advice across a wide range of corporate entities from blue chip companies to smaller private companies.
