Commercial contractual disputes are unfortunately a fact of business life and if they not managed properly can very quickly escalate into a major drain on your management time and cashflow.

Disputes can be on many levels including whether there is a contract, the precise terms of the contract, has there been a breach of the terms and if so what remedies are available. The primary aim of any dispute is to achieve a satisfactory commercial outcome. We temper any advice and recommendation with a commercial realism - what can be realistically achieved and at what cost.
