As you have to live next-door to your neighbour, we aim to resolve disputes as amicably without exacerbating the situation. If your neighbours are causing you problems and being a nuisance, the likely-hood is, without resolving any potential dispute they can affect the sale of your property in the future.

We therefore recommend reaching a solution sooner rather than later before the breakdown of the relationship is beyond repair. We appreciate that neighbour based litigation is often founded on a matter of principle but this can be a costly exercise.
