In response to the latest Government advice regarding Coronavirus, we continue to review the way our business operates. Changes have been made to our practice and the delivery of our services to ensure that we can continue to provide our services as seamlessly as possible, whilst protecting the health of our Clients, Visitors, and Staff.
Whilst we will continue business as usual within normal business hours, we have ceased attending and holding face-to-face meetings and events. All appointments will now be held either via video link or on a telephone conference call basis. Clients can contact their Lawyers at any time either via phone or email, or through our website and social media platforms. Visitors will no longer be permitted to attend our offices and our workforce will be operating at a minimal capacity in the office, with the majority of our employees operating remotely.
We would like to remind our Clients that whilst we are working from home, we will always continue to work on our centralised IT system, and our confidentiality measures will remain the same. The privacy of our Clients is integral to our Company and it will remain paramount to us, regardless of how and where we operate.
If you were anticipating visiting our office, please call us and we will accommodate to your needs as best as possible. If you have a face-to-face appointment scheduled with us, your Lawyer will be in contact to assess if the meeting can be rescheduled as a video call or telephone conference. If you have questions regarding a scheduled appointment such as Court Hearings, Mediation, or medical examinations, please call us.
