In 2017 Hodgkinsons Solicitors installed an electric charging point in their Head Office car park in the hope that it would encourage more green-minded visitors to think about switching to greener motoring. The charging point can be used by clients who book it out in advance to coincide with an appointment at the firm.

Hodgkinsons have a green attitude towards the environment and recently took the step towards responsible electricity consumption by installing solar panels alongside the charging point. The firm recently took the next step in reducing their carbon footprint by switching their company car to a Renault Zoe, which runs on 100% electricity.
In previous years electric cars have boasted extortionate price tags, making them available exclusively to those wanting to stay ‘ahead of the game’, rather than being available to the mass market. If electric cars are going to make a substantial difference to the contribution of pollution car emissions make, they need to be available at more affordable prices. This is where the Renault Zoe comes in and Hodgkinsons are happy to have her onboard.
