Here at Hodgkinsons our reception is the main point of contact for us to connect with current and potential clients. Therefore we are keen to ensure that it delivers the best customer service possible. Our phone lines receive a high rate of traffic and as demand for our services increases we realise that in order to improve our services to you we need to periodically update our technology.

At Hodgkinsons we are constantly looking for new ways to provide a better service for our clients and by updating our reception technology we aim to become more efficient within our customer connections. We like to identify improvements before they become a problem and whilst it is not always possible to resolve an issue immediately we like to carry out such procedures properly even if this may take a while, hence why the phones will be unavailable on this day.

We would like to avoid our clients becoming unsatisfied after attempting to contact us so we are providing you with prior warning just so you are aware! Throughout Wednesday you will be unable to contact Hodgkinsons via phone. We strive to give you our undivided attention at all times and whilst we understand that this can be extremely frustrating and whilst it may affect those who need to contact us on this specific day, we determine this as the best conclusion.
