Established by a specialist Property Solicitor in 1981, our Company has become a recognised platform in the property and legal sector for over 39 years. During this time, our original core business has grown to meet the demands of existing and new Clients in all areas of Residential Property. To enable our Residential Property Department to grow and develop further, the introduction of a new Property Specialist has arisen. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join our Team of unique and dedicated Property Conveyancers.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience of working within a busy Residential Property Department, having handled their own residential case-load from start to finish. They will have strong administration, Microsoft Office, written and verbal skills. They will enjoy working in a busy Team, be very organised and be able to prioritise a busy workload whilst working to tight deadlines. Whilst completion of a law degree or Cilex training will be an advantage, it is not essential as experience is more important to us. The successful candidate will understand the importance of Client care and be committed to delivering the outstanding service that Hodgkinsons is renowned for.
