As part of Hodgkinsons continued development and business growth programme, we are looking for an experienced civil litigation caseworker to help us grow and expand our civil law department. Minimum Requirement of the Role

In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of running their own civil law caseload from start to finish in the following areas: • Commercial Contractual Disputes / Breach of Contracts • Contentious Probate • Professional Negligence • Landlord and Tenant Disputes Experience in the following is desirable but not essential: • Neighbour Disputes • Boundary Disputes • Employment Law The successful applicant will have a caseload of their own with specific targets and KPIs to meet.

Salary Package

Job Title: Civil Law Associate

Salary: £35,000.00 - £50,000.00 dependent upon level of experience (negotiable for higher level applicants looking for a more senior position)

Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire – Some homeworking options available for the right candidate (maximum 2-days homeworking per week)

Hours of work: Full-time position Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with one hour (unpaid) for lunch

Holidays: 25 days holiday and in addition paid time off for Bank holidays. Holiday entitlement increases after 5 years of service by 1 day per year up to a maximum of an additional 5 days
