JOB DESCRIPTION - PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVE / SENIOR PARALEGAL
Introduction
Role Based in: Skegness, Lincolnshire – Permanent homeworking available following probationary training period
Hours and Holiday: 35 hours per week. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Salary: £35,000.00 - £45,000.00 dependent upon experience.
The successful candidate will join a thriving private client department, where you will predominantly handle a range of probate cases and complex Wills. You will be required to work with your colleagues and the Directors of the company to proactively promote the department and assist with future business planning for the department and its personnel.
Minimum Requirements to be Considers for the Role
In order to be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience of directly handling a range of Probate matters, Trusts and complex Wills from start to finish with minimum supervision.
This role will include advising on and drafting of the following:
- Complex Wills
- Probate
- Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
- Trusts
- Estate Planning
- Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax
The successful candidate will be:
- IT literate with ability to work effectively on a case management system
- Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative
- Willing to participate in business development activities
- You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
This position is subject to satisfactory references and satisfactory DBS check
