Verity studied Law at the University of Lincoln (L.L.B.Hons) which she successfully graduated from with an impressive 2:1.
During Verity’s second year, she went on to study the Medical Law elective which is where her passion for Medical Law began.
Verity is currently studying for her Solicitors Qualifying Examination with the University of Law when hopefully she will become a fully qualified Solicitor by 2026.

Verity is a Paralegal within our Company and her area of specialism is in Clinical Negligence.
Verity runs her own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims whilst also assisting in the vetting process of prospective Clients. Verity also helpfully assists her team members with the progression of their claims and has particular expertise in gathering research.
Verity deals with all aspects of medical negligence but some of her most recognised cases involve:-
- Birthing injuries (to both mother and child)
- Surgical error
- Failure to diagnose
- Delay in treatment
- GP Negligence
- Dental negligence
