Che is a Partner and is Head of the Personal Injury Department. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of personal injury litigation ranging from complicated multi-party employer liability claims to serious and complex spinal injury matters. His highest settlement award for a client is in excess of £1.6 million.
Che is also responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction of the firm with particular responsibility for financial control, legal compliance, information technology and business development.
