Che is the Managing Director of the Company. He is a qualified Solicitor with over 16 years experience in the field of dispute resolution. Che also has experience handling contentious probate matters for both Claimants and Defendants.
Che is now responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction of the Company with particular responsibility for financial control (COFA, MLRO and SRO), legal compliance, marketing, information technology, contract negotiations and business development.

The primary focus is on the Client and to help them achieve the outcome they desire, quickly and effectively. It is about achieving goals and delivering excellence at every stage. A major part of Che’s time is overseeing individual heads of departments and to offer strategic, procedural and compliance advice so as to deliver effective and Client focused solutions.
