Hodgkinsons ‘Go on Hold’ for Tech Improvements

Here at Hodgkinsons Solicitors, Skegness, our reception is the first point of contact for any current and potential clients wishing to connect with us. Our phone lines currently receive a high influx of traffic. Through a surge in demand for our services, it has become apparent to us that as our Company expands, we need to alter our communication services in order to improve the service you receive.

By updating our technology, we can ensure that we deliver the best possible level of customer service. Through installing a new phone system for all employees, we can enable crystal clear communications between our employees and their clients, ultimately streamlining our services. From installing technology which delivers better audio quality and enhanced network conditions, we can aim to become more efficient within our customer connections.

The Company wide installation will take place on Monday 10th February, meaning that our phone lines will be on hold for the morning. At Hodgkinsons we are consistently attempting to identify areas of improvement before they become a problem, hence why the transition may take a while.

We hope that by providing you with prior warning, you can avoid contacting us throughout the morning of 10th February when these changes will take place. At Hodgkinsons it has always been part of our ethos to strive to provide our clients with the undivided attention that they deserve. We understand that being unable to reach us via phone may be frustrating and that it may affect those who need to contact us on this specific day, which is why we hope to achieve the transition in a timely manner with minimal disturbances.

We would like to apologise in advance for any problems you may experience on the morning of Monday 10th February regarding communicating with us. We hope to be back up and running on the afternoon of this date. To provide you with timely updates we will be updating our social media with real time news of our progress.

Alternative methods of communication include visiting our office, submitting an online contact form through our website, sending us an email or by messaging us on social media. Thank you for your patience.
