COVID-19

During these difficult times, Hodgkinsons continue to adapt to the challenges posed by COVID-19 by continuously monitoring and updating our working practices in order to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with the exceptional service standards for which we are known, whilst at the same time protecting the health and safety of our Clients, Colleagues and Staff.

As a result of the easing of restrictions on Monday 19th July 2021, we are pleased to announce that our reception is now open.

As our workforce are able to work remotely,  our employees will continue to split their working week between the office and their home.  Where possible, appointments will continue to be carried out over the telephone or via video calls in order to limit any risks arising from more direct social contact.  We would also encourage anyone who needs to send a document to us to do so electronically where possible.

Be rest assured that our objective is to keep as close to a ‘business-as-usual’ model as possible. Therefore, where appointments cannot be carried out digitally, face to face meetings can be arranged.

We will continue to implement health, safety, hygiene and social distancing measures for all client appointments in order to protect the safety of both our Clients and employees.  We therefore request that you please adhere to our Health & Safety Guidelines as shown below.

We continue to operate within our normal working hours from 9am until 5pm. If you need to contact us, there are a number of ways you can do so. To get in touch you can call our main line on 01754 897150, email us on info@hodgkinsons.co.uk, complete and submit the contact form on the right, or message us directly through our social media channels.

If you have any questions about the information above, please call us and we will be happy to advise you on the best way to resolve your query. If you have questions regarding a scheduled appointment such as Court Hearings, Mediation and medical examinations, please call us.

We will continue to reassess the structure in which we deliver our services to you as we react to Government advice and we will ensure to keep you closely informed with our decisions.
