Reece joined Hodgkinsons in January 2021 and having worked in the local property market for over 10 years he joins us with a vast range of experience and knowledge in property law. Throughout his career Reece has built up a portfolio of legal knowledge and experience in a variety of matters, having previously been responsible for handling large caseloads of files regarding Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, and Landlord and Tenant matters.
Since graduating from Alford Grammar School in 2009, Reece has continued his studies to reach his goal to become a Conveyancer. Through combining on the job training with his extra-curricular studies, Reece remains committed and dedicated to achieving his goal. In January 2021, Reece is due to take the ultimate step to becoming a Licensed Conveyancer by completing and passing his final exam.
We are proud to welcome Reece to our Team, and we look forward to watching him develop in his role and achieve his career goals. Throughout his role here at Hodgkinsons as a Conveyancing Executive, Reece will be handling his own caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, deeds of gift, transfers of ownership, and transfers of equity. Reece will also be assisting Robert Foster, Head of the Commercial & Property Team, within a range of commercial property matters.
Reece has many links with the local community and surrounding areas of Skegness. Reece volunteers at the Skegness Cricket Club coaching young children to learn cricket skills. He also captains the club’s first team and currently chairs the club’s executive committee. Reece finds that his Lincolnshire roots provide him with expert knowledge of the local property market, allowing him to provide Clients with expert, precise, and bespoke legal advice.
