Your matter will be dealt with by the same Fee Earner from start to finish (holidays excepted, where cover will be provided) and they will keep you regularly informed and updated.
During a home purchase, our Team will deal with all aspects of usual due diligence on that purchase, including the usual searches. We will discuss and review all documents sent to us by the Seller’s Conveyancer with you. Where you need to borrow money to buy, we can also act for your lender and will request those mortgage funds.
During a home sale, we will ascertain the extent of what you are selling, prepare the contract documentation and deal with any enquiries raised by the Buyer. We will also deal with the redemption of any outstanding mortgages, funds of course permitting.
Our Team is able to deal with all types of property, both freehold and leasehold and can also deal with the sale or purchase of registered or unregistered land.
Our Team are always happy to give timescales on when completion of your matter will be, but will do so on a bespoke basis as each transaction can be different and will involve, potentially, several parties and properties.
