July Update: Hodgkinsons’ Phased Re-opening of Offices to Clients

At Hodgkinsons Solicitors, Skegness, we have implemented changes to our Company structure in line with Government guidelines, to ensure the safety of our Clients, Colleagues, and Staff. This blog outlines the changes which have been put in place in line with the Government’s easing of restrictions on Monday 19th July 2021, and how these will impact you as our Clients.

July Update: Hodgkinsons’ Phased Re-opening of Offices to Clients

In response to the latest Government advice regarding Coronavirus, we continue to review the way our business operates. Changes have been continuously made throughout the pandemic in relation to our practice and the delivery of our services in order to ensure that we continue to provide our services as seamlessly as possible, whilst protecting the health of our Clients, Visitors, and Staff.

We continue business as usual within normal business hours.  As of Monday 19th July 2021, our reception is once again open to Clients. However, where possible, we will ask Clients to continue to hold appointments via telephone or video calls to limit face to face contact. Clients can continue to contact their Lawyers at any time either via phone or email, or through our website and social media platforms.

We will continue to implement health, safety, hygiene and social distancing measures in order to protect the safety of both our Clients and employees where Clients are required to attend our offices.  We therefore request that you please adhere to our Health & Safety Guidelines as shown below.

We would like to remind our Clients that whilst our Lawyers begin to take a hybrid approach to working both remotely and from within the office, we will always continue to work on our centralised IT systems, and our confidentiality measures will remain the same. The privacy of our Clients is integral to our Company and it will remain paramount to us, regardless of how and where we operate.

If you were anticipating visiting our office, please call us and we will discuss the best options for you in relation to any appointments needed.  If you have questions regarding a scheduled appointment such as Court Hearings, Mediation, or medical examinations, please call us and we will advise you as to the process for that.

Whether you are a new or existing Client, we will continue to provide you with advice and support.

Our Team continue to work hard to assist you.  Over the coming weeks and months, in line with Government guidance and our own health and safety practices, we will continue to relax current restrictions when safe to do so.  We will keep you informed of any changes to our business through our social media and website channels.
