The Residential Conveyancing Department at Hodgkinsons Solicitors, Skegness, recently appointed Cameron Hill as a Trainee Paralegal amidst his studying to become a qualified Fee Earner within the Department.

Meet Cameron Hill, Our Residential Conveyancing Trainee Paralegal

Cameron joined the firm 4 years ago, originally taking the role as Receptionist. Since joining he has worked throughout various roles within different departments including our Industrial Disease Department and the Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Department.

Now permanently situated in the Residential Conveyancing Department, Cameron has become an assistant to Robert Foster and Paulina Wegorkiewicz two of Hodgkinsons Residential Conveyancing Lawyers. Throughout his role he assists with the Fee Earner’s files and communicates with their Clients regarding their Conveyancing transaction whilst offering help and guidance along the way.

Cameron is your first point of call for any Residential Property matter and can assist with any queries you may have. His typical day to day responsibilities include:

  • Keeping Clients informed at all stages of their matter.
  • Attending to Clients and assisting with any queries.
  • Providing quotations for a wide range of Conveyancing matters including Selling, Purchasing, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Assents and Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.

In order to progress his career further, Cameron is currently studying a CLT course which, upon completion, will certify him as a qualified Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing.
