
For purchases of property over £40,000 the buyer has a legal obligation to complete a tax return form (SDLT) detailing all aspects of the transaction in addition to paying the Stamp Duty tax. We know from experience that this form is complicated and we therefore take care of this for you.
It is important that the signed SDLT Form is submitted to the Inland Revenue within 30 days of completion. If the form is not received within this period a penalty of at least £100 plus interest will be incurred.
