29th August marks a very special day for one of our employees, Amanda Smith, as it celebrates her 30 years of service here at Hodgkinsons Solicitors. Amanda joined our Company in 1990 and helped our Personal Injury Division to become the now thriving department that it has become. Amanda plays a vital role within our Company as a Senior Litigation Executive within our Personal Injury Team. For 30 years Amanda has represented victims in a variety of accidents, securing them compensation and treatment for their injuries which will help to aid their recovery.
Amanda has had an outstanding career here at Hodgkinsons and her diverse level of expertise allows her to act for Clients who have suffered as a result of a variety of accidents including road traffic accidents, slips, trips and falls, and also workplace accidents. Whether the case is straightforward or complex, Amanda always shows dedication to achieve the best possible result for her Client. Amanda has a very high success rate in obtaining admissions of liability on even the most complex of cases. Amanda has achieved great heights during her time here at Hodgkinsons. Her career highlights include obtaining a compensation settlement of £50,000 for a victim of a road traffic accident and recovering damages of up to £38,000 for the victim of an unprovoked attack. We are looking forward to seeing Amanda continue to accomplish great achievements as she progresses further through her time here at Hodgkinsons.
